FAQ
Good questions, clearly answered.
A little more about early access and what Thread is designed to do.
How are briefs prepared?
Thread uses AI to help prepare a concise brief from a client’s reflections and links observations to their original sources. AI can make mistakes or miss context, so a professional reviews the brief and source material.
Does a brief replace professional judgement?
No. A brief is supporting context, not a diagnosis, treatment plan or decision. Professionals remain responsible for their own judgement.
Is Thread monitored or suitable for urgent help?
No. Thread is not a crisis or monitoring service. Do not use it to ask for urgent help. Contact your professional, NHS 111 or emergency services when needed.
Does joining early access give me an account?
No. The early-access list is only for updates. It does not create an account, grant app access or start a trial. Your 30-day trial begins when professional access is activated.
