Early-access privacy
Looking after your details
We’ll hold your name and email until the Thread trial opens, then email you an invitation to create an account. Once that invitation has been sent, we’ll remove your details from the early-access list. We won’t send them to advertising platforms.
Contacting us
If you send an enquiry, we use your contact details and message to reply. We keep them while we deal with your enquiry, then delete them.

More privacy information
Joining the list gives Thread your consent to send the trial-opening invitation. You can withdraw that consent at any time. For enquiries, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your question.
We use Vercel for hosting and Supabase for storage. Providers may process information outside the UK under applicable data-protection safeguards. We also use limited technical information to prevent spam.
You can request access, correction or deletion of your details, object to or ask us to restrict their use, and request a portable copy where that right applies. Contact privacy@makemythread.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
